1. Introduction

MacMouseJiggler is a locally installed tool designed to automatically move the mouse cursor to keep the screen awake, simulating real user activity.

MacMouseJiggler is not associated in any way with Apple Inc. It is a third-party tool designed to help users prevent their Mac from going to sleep or locking due to inactivity.

2. License and Trial

Users are granted a 3-day free trial to test MacMouseJiggler. After the trial period, a license key must be purchased to continue using the software. Each license is valid for a single device.

If you need to transfer your license to a new device, you must contact us. We will revoke the license from the previous device and issue a new one for your new machine.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your license key, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by email within the withdrawal period. If you begin using the software during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to withdraw once the software is activated or downloaded, as permitted by law.

This right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective products or services.

3. Acceptable Use

When using MacMouseJiggler, you agree to:

  • Use the software only for its intended purpose.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the purchase.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use MacMouseJiggler for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or resell the software.
  • Interfere with the software's operation or security features.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If the software does not function as expected on your device and we are unable to resolve the issue, or if you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund the purchase price within 7 days of the purchase date.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable laws. We only collect and process personal data necessary for licensing, support, and communication purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. 6. Intellectual Property

MacMouseJiggler and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MacMouseJiggler and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the software without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

MacMouseJiggler is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacMouseJiggler will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

MacMouseJiggler is intended solely as a tool to keep the screen active by simulating user activity. The way it is used remains the sole responsibility of the user. We do not assume liability for any consequences resulting from its use, including but not limited to workplace policies, security measures, or any third-party enforcement actions. By using MacMouseJiggler, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any outcomes related to its usage.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

9. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If any provision of these terms is found to be unfair or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
