MacMouseJiggler is not associated in any way with Apple Inc. It is a third-party tool designed to help users prevent their Mac from going to sleep or locking due to inactivity.
2. License and Trial
Users are granted a 3-day free trial to test MacMouseJiggler. After the trial period, a license key must be purchased to continue using the software. Each license is valid for a single device.
If you need to transfer your license to a new device, you must contact us. We will revoke the license from the previous device and issue a new one for your new machine.
3. Acceptable Use
When using MacMouseJiggler, you agree to:
- Use the software only for its intended purpose.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the purchase.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Prohibited Activities
You must not:

5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If the software does not function as expected on your device and we are unable to resolve the issue, or if you are not satisfied with the product, we will refund the purchase price within 7 days of the purchase date.

MacMouseJiggler and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MacMouseJiggler and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the software without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
MacMouseJiggler is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacMouseJiggler will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
